John Tolton - Executive Director
John is an established business leader with more than 20 years of diverse experience growing revenues, building and managing multicultural teams and organizations internationally. John has extensive experience in establishing and and structuring companies in the telecommunications, software, mining, property and TMET sectors. Mining projects include coal, iron ore, manganese, copper and gold assets in several continents.
John holds a Graduate Diploma from the McRae Institute of International Management at Capilano University in Vancouver, Canada, and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Toronto.
Carlson Smith - Executive Director
Carlson has decades of operational experience in Southeast Asia, China, Latin America, and the USA, having served as Chairman, CEO, Director and CFO in the telecoms, energy, finance, electronics and infrastructure sectors. This has enabled Carlson to develop an extensive, high-level network of contacts in business, finance and government throughout the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, Latin America, and the USA.
Carlson holds an MBA from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY and a B.A. from Grinnell College in Iowa, USA.
